WESTMINSTER, Colo -- Recently, WPD officers contacted a shoplifting suspect at a business near 136th Ave and Huron St. He was caught trying to get away with nearly $1,000 worth of items. Come to find out, he also had a felony warrant out of New Jersey for shoplifting! Pretty long trek, and he quickly learned we don't mess around in Westy. He was taken into custody and booked into Adams County Jail.
