WESTMINSTER, Colo -- WPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for two burglaries at a local business.
Officers have responded to two separate incidents at a business in the 2900 block of 72nd Ave. One occurred on Feb. 9 around 6:00 a.m., and another on March 17 just before 5:30 a.m. In both cases, the suspect used an electric handsaw to forcibly enter the building, causing significant damage and stealing multiple electronics.
The business had security measures in place and has been fully cooperative with investigators. Based on evidence collected, the suspect in both cases appears similar and may be the same individual.
The suspect is described as an unknown male wearing a hoodie, pants, and black shoes.
