WESTMINSTER, Colo -- Recently, WPD officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had been running for several hours with a person asleep inside. When officers arrived, they immediately spotted drug paraphernalia in plain view.
A closer look uncovered more paraphernalia, drugs, multiple IDs that did not belong to the driver, stacks of mail, and a stolen gun.
The 28-year-old driver was medically cleared and taken into custody. He was transported to Adams County Jail.
