Alexis had been found and she is safe with officers. We have also located the vehicle. Officers continue to search for the suspect. If you see him, please call 911.

On November 29, 2022 around 11:11am Westminster Police received a call about a possible kidnapping.

It was reported an adult male and his 13-year-old sister, Alexis, accepted a ride from an unknown male to go shopping.  While the brother went inside to use the restroom, the suspect left with juvenile female in the car. Given the circumstances, police are concerned for her safety.

Alexis has shoulder length blonde hair with red highlights, glasses, Black/green north face puffy jacket, a thinner leopard print jacket underneath, red/black checkered pants and white crocs.

The vehicle is described as a black Ford Focus – Colorado License plate AQYQ22.  The car has black wheels with a Lyft sticker in the lower left front passenger side windshield.

The suspect, Bradford Eblen, is described as a Hispanic heavy-set male.  He was last seen wearing black beanie/writing on the front, dark pants, black/white checkered flannel, Black t-shirt with print on the t-shirt.
