Volunteer Victim Advocate Deb Oster was nominated by the City’s Volunteer Coordinator Martha Heinz for this honor. Deb has been volunteering for this City and this community since 1990. With her service, Deb recently crossed the 10,000-hour threshold in volunteer hours, the first time in history for the City.
