In January 2023 an unknown male sexually assaulted a 13-year-old female. The male is described as older black male, possibly 60’s, bald head, facial hair on chin and mustache that had white in it, wearing a blue hoody and jeans. Male was referred to as “JB” by witnesses, but they did not know his name.
