On 06/26/2022 Officers received a report of a sexual assault on a child. The report indicated that the suspect, Kenneth Albert Lif Jr. (37 yoa) was witnessed sexually assaulting his 8-year-old daughter. Lif was taken into custody by WPD on 7/9/22 and on 07/19/2022 Lif was released on bond. As a condition of his release he was placed on a GPS ankle monitor. WPD was notified Lif had cut off his ankle monitor and his whereabouts were unknown. Lif has possibly been in Colorado Springs and the Westminster/Thornton/Northglenn Area. Lif is described as 6’03”, 330 lbs, balding brown hair, and brown eyes. He had tattoos on both arms and a distinct tattoo on his right forearm of a cross.
