UPDATE: 1/8/2025
WESTMINSTER, Colo -- The Westminster Police Department located and arrested 32-year-old Mitchell Hepp, a registered sex offender, on Jan. 7. This comes after police received several reports in 2024 of Hepp exposing himself in public throughout the City of Westminster. After a lengthy investigation, WPD detectives tracked him down. He is facing several indecent exposure charges to include:
18-7-302(1)(b),(4)(b) - Indecent Exposure-masturbate-child
18-7-302(1)(a) - Indecent Exposure-expose Genitals
18-7-302(1)(a) - Indecent Exposure-expose Genitals
It should be noted all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

WPD is still trying to locate the male pictured in the release above. The male has been seen driving a likely 2018 white Kia Sportage (stock picture of vehicle below).
