Man sentenced to 25 years for series of violent crimes in Westminster and Thornton

ADAMS COUNTY, Colo -- On July 31, 2025, a judge sentenced Jeremiah Mullins, 32, to 25 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections for a series of violent crimes committed in Westminster and Thornton, including the attempted kidnapping of a teenage girl back on Oct. 25, 2024.

Thanks to the hard work of Westminster and Thornton detectives, Mullins was also linked to a string of armed robberies and carjackings. This case reflects our ongoing commitment to public safety and holding violent offenders accountable. We will continue working to protect our communities and support victims.
