In his retirement letter Sergeant Roll shared, "I am especially thankful to the leaders and mentors who believed in me, challenged me, and supported my growth along the way. Their guidance and trust had a lasting impact on my development and leadership approach. I am equally grateful to the many colleagues I had the privilege of working alongside their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to service made even the most demanding moments rewarding and meaningful. I take great pride in the work we accomplished together and in the role I was able to play in the department’s continued success and evolution. Being part of the Westminster Police Department for such a significant chapter of my life has truly been an honor, and I will always value the lessons learned and memories made.
