WESTMINSTER, Colo -- On April 10, just before 9 a.m., WPD officers responded to a call about a woman damaging a garage with an axe in south Westminster. Turns out the homeowners had helped the woman out once in the past (very kind of them), but she had continued to come to the property uninvited. We arrived and found our 34-year-old suspect hiding in the garage. She was arrested and transported to Adams County Jail.
It's important to note all persons are presumed innocent, unless proven guilty in a court of law.
