WESTMINSTER, Colo -- Let's goooo!! Last week, we joined Standley Lake High School students and staff in the Murphy Challenge, honoring the sacrifice of our nation’s heroes.
More than 27 students, 4 faculty members, and several #WPD officers took on the challenge, and absolutely crushed it.
- 1 mile run to start
- 100 pull-ups
- 200 push-ups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run to finish
We were proud to cheer everyone on, sweat a little, and survive together. Nicely done, gators!
