Trespassing suspect hiding in brush with two officers attempting contact.

WESTMINSTER, Colo -- On May 27, WPD officers responded to a trespass complaint near 68th Ave and Federal Blvd and contacted a man with active warrants. He took off and then attempted to hide in the brush, but we spotted him.
The 26-year-old was arrested and transported to Adams County Jail for his warrants in addition to trespassing, obstruction and resisting arrest. Thanks to a community member who reported the trespassing, officers were able to safely take someone with active warrants into custody.
