WPD officers arrested a car prowler.

WESTMINSTER, Colo -- Early Thursday morning on Oct. 9, WPD officers responded to a call regarding individuals trying to break into vehicles at an apartment complex near the 2800 block of W 116th Pl. Long story short, the two suspects took off, but we caught them.
The 21-year-old suspect had three active warrants along with previous motor vehicle theft related convictions. The 19-year-old suspect also had two active warrants. Both were taken into custody and transported to Adams County Jail. We hope they will find more productive ways to fill their free time.
It's important to note all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
